Ingredients

1 chicken sausage, brioche hot dog roll, Tomato, Cucumber, pickled red onion, crispy onions and sweet chilli sauce.

Method

1. Remove sausage from packaging and cook using your preferred method; grill, oven, fry or BBQ. Please make sure the sausage is piping hot throughout before serving.

3. Once the sausage is cooked, place into the hot dog roll.

4. Top with chopped tomato, cucumber, pickled red onion, crispy onions and drizzle with sweet chilli.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
